Founded in 1982, the Kolache Factory serves a contemporary version of a stuffed pastry roll that originated in Eastern Europe hundreds of years ago. Kolaches are available in dozens of varieties, with special offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Top sellers include bacon and egg, bacon and cheddar, Polish sausage and pepperoni and mushroom. Other favorites are Philly cheese steak, jalapeno and cheddar, cream cheese, apple and cherry. Croissants, muffins, strudel and gourmet coffees are also available.

Need to hire an entire new staff!. Okay, you need to speak English if you are going to be at the drive thru taking orders. You need to know how to take orders. You need to quit taking orders, then having customers come to the window, and tell them out are out of everything you just ordered. You need to quit giving cherry out instead of strawberry...they are different. You need to quit leaving out kolaches out of every order. Basicially, you need to do ONE THING correctly. If your staff can improve on one thing only...that would be a drastic change for any customer. I have never seen such incompetent at a place in my life. I feel bad, everyone that works here is underqualified, not sure if they are legal to work, need ESL classes, and have no clue how to do their job. In addition, they don't know the difference between any of the flavors. Please hire new people and your business will strive. Your products are good...just get it together with your staff. You might be saving a few hundred bucks by having them...but trust me you are losing hundreds in business.

Fair food but poor service. The kolache factory makes some decent food. I enjoy the ranchero kolaches and the polish sausage kolaches. I am pretty disappointed with the level of service. Most employees there seem at best indifferent or at worst rude. I've also frequently received the wrong order in the drive thru, so I go in now.
