One word ; waffles !. I used to live in Clearlake and loved going to the Waffrle house, I recently moved into town and was lookign for a good waffle. A coworker of mine recommended LePeep on Shepherd and said he and his wife frequented on the weekends and had never had a bad experience. Well I def owe him one casuse I went and OMG best waffle ever ! It was cooked just right, fluffy, and so tasty I added strawberries to mine and it came with whipped cream. I have found my new waffle spot !

Best Breakfast In TOWN!!. LePeep is the best value in town, if your looking for a quality meal. Forget Denny's, IHop and even the 59 Diner across the street. This place is DA BOMB!!!

Food is overpriced and not that great. We have been to Le Peep a few times to give it a chance, but the food is mediocre and the prices are too high. You ae better off at Ihop or Denny's!

Drove 40 minutes cause its that good !. My husband and I drive 40 minutes to have breakfast and honestly we went to another place first and we got there and waited 15 minutes and weren't even brought water, so we left. We went to Le Peep on Shepherd and we were kinda glad we never got served at the other place . Peter was a terrific server , the food was hot , plentiful and so good.

Food overated !. I used to go to Le Peep all the time. Food has always been fine. I read all of the great reviews. So I went for the Belgium waffle. The waffle was so over cooked and was falling a part. The fruit was old as well. I don't have a problem paying premium price for great food. Today was not the case. Maybe it was an off day for them.

Excellent food, value, and service!. On a suggestion from my boss, my husband and our friend had brunch there today. While only marginally more expensive than some of it's competitors, Le Peep makes up for those extra pennies by providing much better food and fabulous service. There were 2 omni omeletes (about 8.25) and a lumberjack breakfast (just under 8) ordered. My husband and our friend were VERY satisfied with their omeletes, and my lumberjack was HUGE and delicious! We've been looking for a non-Denny's/IHOP place to have weekend brunch, and I think we've definitely found it. Just be aware that you may have a short wait for a table. We waited about 20 minutes (which, believe it or not, was the time we were quoted), but there's plenty of seating for those waiting, which was appreciated.

Forget Denny's!!. Mom wanted breakfast, the kid's wanted lunch.....the answer? LE PEEP! We had a short wait and enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar. The menu had so many scrumptous choices! We enjoyed fast, friendly service and a delicious meal for about the same price as a chain-style diner. We'll be back!

Breakfast-lunch spot servies up local favorites.. Neighborhood types map out their morning game plans over eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy or french toast. Menu items have catchy names like the Zapata frittata: an open-faced omelette with chorizo, onions, green peppers, sour cream, cheese and salsa. Salads, burgers and pasta round out the menu for lunch.

Best Breakfast in Houston. This is the best breakfast in Houston. I love the warm friendly staff and food came out fast.

I will never go anywhere else for breakfast.

Great "safe" breakfast spot. Overall just a great place for breakfast. Hard to bring someone that won't find something they like. Large menu selection, including healthy options. Not greasy spoonish. I love their whole wheat pancakes!
