Just plain RUDE. I like the food just fine at Cafe Express, and love the concept of "fast" but good quality. We have ordered online or for pick up for our office but encounter the rudest people ever!!!!!!!!!! They will adamantly refuse to offer any assistance, help in ordering or adjustments to the menu. I would greatly hesitate to use this restaurant for any catering services.

Priced out of the market. After eating at this location for at least 6 years, I finally have had to swear them off. The salad I dearly loved has become bitter and overpriced. When you eat in, you still get the large bowl; when you take it out, you get a much smaller portion in a shallow bowl with a sizeable diameter but a very narrow base which is where the goodies are. The rest was a pile of spinach which I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased for a couple of dollars. The price was $8.39 (no beverage). Too much.
