Worker Without People Skills. I went to this Radio shack a week ago @ around 10 a.m. The worker DARREN "appeared" to be helpful. I was told that my non functioning bluetooth earpice would be picked up that evening by Fed Ex. And that I should receive a gift card in my e-mail in 3-4 business days. I checked my e-mail @ the end of that week never to have received the gift card @ all. I called the store on several occaisions only to get no one to answer the phone, I then called the corporate office to voice my concern about the entire situation, @ the end of that call I was assured that the situation would be looked into. I then received a phone call from the SAME store's phone number which NOONE had answered while I was calling. (SMH) I was then told, by DARREN, that my bluetooth had been picked up by Fed Ex on my first day's visit to the store that evening, by DARREN. Now, a week later as I still haven't gotten the gift card in my e-mail, (SMH) I called the service center only to find out that my bluetooth has NOT been sent in @ all! (SMH) I then called the store AGAIN(@ least THIS time they answered the phone!) only to be told by DARREN, after he put me on hold while supposedly checking on my bluetooth's whereabouts, that according to some sheet of paper he was rattling in the background, it was "probably" shipped off yesterday. When I was asking him was he sure, he hurriedly told me that I could call back in the morning and talk to the manager about it as it was only him doing me a favor by taking it in in the first place. He said that he could have told me to send it in myself.(I wish he had've. @ least it would probably be @ the service center now.) He then hung up the phone. Where's the people skills? Where's the customer service. I would not tell family and or friends to shop @ this store. DARREN was totaly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Doesn't seem like someone "dedicated", "knowledgeable", or "quick to assist" to me. NOT a good experienca @ all!!
When it comes to selection, the Kmart of electronics carries practically every tech goody under the sun..
