Not too friendly. I actually frequent this place. The problem is that on any given day at any given hour, you are going to find a different stylist. Tonight I went at 6:02 P.M. Now, I do understand closing times, but I was greeted at the door with. We close long to time ago. I said..no, two minutes ago. I clearly understand customer service and this place has none.

They could have locked the door at 6:00. The could have said, I am really sorry but we are closed. But instead they looked at me like I was breaking and entering. I will find a different Great Clip for my business.

Excellent Service. I have tried many salons over the years but I was recommended to try Great Clips on Beachnut. The first haircut was not so good, but I did spot a stylist called Twee. She seemed to really know what she was doing so I asked for her on the next visit. Two years on and she is still the best stylist in Houston...and also looks really cute.
