Worst Customer Service

Worst experience ever at Bed, Bath and Beyond Meyerland Sunday 10 a.m. Got to checkout line, cashier did not know how to put multiple coupons in the register. I go to another line and observe another line, both cashiers on the other line are having a hard time and customers are waiting too long. I go back to the first line, only 3 lines were open, manager is called and even she doesn't know how to do multiple coupons. I go to another line, finally I am checked out, not before the manager says that no more cashiers can be called because they are doing other things. I was in line for 15 minutes or more with only one person in front of me the whole time. What is more important than getting customers checked out and out the door? The products are overpriced and the customer service is terrible. Go somewhere else, especially if you are in a hurry.
