Money Hungry Business. On 1/22/09, I ordered here and was shocked on the services that I was given. This is a Seafood restaurant, therefore, the amenities that should be given are what is needed when eating seafood (cocktail and tater sauce). I ordered shrimp and fries and was ask for my funds up front. When receiving my order I asked for cocktail sauce and was told very rudely; "we don?t have any, mama"?. I then asked for my money back and she told me there are no refunds after making an order, however, if I would of know this I would not have ordered .

She asked me; do I want to buy a jar of cocktail sauce (I thought you didn?t have any?) for $1.50, my response was "why would I buy a 20oz jar of cocktail sauce to eat with 6 shrimp?!". she completely ignored me and walked off to the back where the kitchen is located and left me standing there looking stupid. I've been here before and never came upon the rude customer service behavior. I felt they should of least put a sign up stating that she didn?t have any cocktail sauce at the time, however, she did, but wanted people to buy it in a jar and still took my money knowing there wasn?t any refunds. I didn?t even touch nor walk out with the food, but still felt that I should have been given a refund. If I had taken the food out and returned then I would understand not receiving a refund, but that was not the case.

Also, I've been here before and another issue I came upon is when you ask for cocktail sauce they give you a mini size cup that if you dip one shrimp, it would observe all the sauce, but when you ask for an extra sauce they charge you an additional $.50 for another cup. I feel this business is taking advantage of customers with there sneakiness, just to make money. I shouldn?t have to purchase a jar of cocktail sauce to eat seafood that you cook and sale. I didn?t think that I should have to ask if a restaurant has amenities before ordering. I will never return here again nor recommend this place.
