“They have very poor customer service.”
Service Center is Terrible.
Besides being paired with a professional schmoozer who was demeaning and inconsiderate, I waited for over 3 hours before they gave me a rental to leave for the afternoon.
Dishonest, unreasonable, greasy footprints all over my upholstery, and one of the two repairs I went in for was not made. Came back with a list of other problems with the car, that when taken to another mechanic, checked out fine. Did I mention someone sat in my back seat and trimmed their fingernails?!? Disgusting, I will certainly not be returning.
Incapable financing department. My fiancee happened to lease a car through Nissan direct. His lease is not up for several months and he is starting to go over mileage. Because this is the first car that he has financed, he has little credit. We have repeatedly talked to Nissan corporate and to this dealership about a buyout on this car. They have refused to allow him to buy it out. He has excellent payment history and they want to shove this co signer garbage down our throats. Sorry, we're adults.. he doesn't need a co signer to purchase a car out. We are at the end of our ropes with this lease situation. The salesman pretended to run a credit check on he and another relative, came back 5 minutes later and said he ran it and he can't help us. Running a credit check takes more than 5 minutes and it was late at night. That told me that the employee simply didn't want to work and wanted to hurry through and pretend to run it so he could get home. They have very poor customer service. DO NOT EVER lease a car from Nissan(any dealership). They are crooks and will bind you to it and not allow you to do anything. Someone needs to turn them in for their shady practices with leases. This dealership was no good.
Unamerican.
My husband is a disabled veteran. He went into the dealership and was pressured into purchasing a car. I went to the dealership and let them know that I am his fiducary/custodian, appointed by the VA, and that he could not legally sign a contract as he is not capable of understanding the terms. They refused to make the situation right.
Don't buy from a company that would take advantage of the men or women that have fought for this nation.
