I was not very happy with boarding here. My dog seemed very thirsty when I picked him up. The building in front was kept clean which was a plus. I didn't get a very nice response from the manager. I probably will never come back.

Pros: front of building

Cons: boarding

Called them after our 12 week old Boston pup fell last night and her shoulder swelled. She was in obvious distress. They quoted $85 "consultation fee", and assured me we could work out payments if treatment was necessary. I took the puppy there and paid the $85. After 5 min evaluation, an assistant gave me a quote of $400 for x-rays payable in advance before anything else could be done. I was told payment in cash, or I could apply for credit through some 3rd party they use "if I had good credit". I did not have that much available to me at the moment, so they said they could not help me. They also refused to let me speak directly to the vet from that moment forward. I was told the "consultation fee" was only to get the puppy's weight and temperature, and to give me a quote for further services. No REAL vet would ever let an injured animal leave with out at least making an attempt at an accurate diagnosis and making sure the animal was stable. I'm not asking for anything for free, but 7pm Sunday is a bad time to get access to money not readily available in a checking account. ZERO STARS. I would NEVER go back to that clinic. Do yourself a favor, and find a vet that cares as much for your pet as you do.

Pros: hmmm...They Were Open

Cons: No compassion or regard for animals, Vet hid behind office workers and wouldn't talk to me
