Best place!. Screw Spanky's! George's is the place to go for Pizza, Greek salads, Gyro's, and Canolli's! Everything made fresh from scratch and if your lucky and it's in season, he will add some of his homegrown organic tomatoes to your salad. Ever had moussaka? Try it here. . . It's ALL goooood! Anyone who hates on this place just hasn't found what they like here yet! Wide variety of entrees and wine selections. . . You will not be dissappointed!

Love this place!. Service is slow some days with the waitress helping out at the counter maybe even the kitchen, but the food is always great. You have to try the meatballs! Go in with a good group of friends sit back talk and enjoy.

Try It. Greek pizza was delicious; chicken fettuccine and pepperoni pizza was good.

I dined on a Monday night around 6:00pm and was the only customer for about 20 min.

Prices are reasonable, around $7 for an 8? pizza and the ambiance was cute with tons of movie star photos. This place is probably overlooked due to its location, a run-downed strip center; I?ll be going back though.

not perfect, but decent. George's Italian food is good, but not what I expected considering all the "10" reviews on this site. Better Italian food can be found in Houston (Carrabas, Maggionne's, Freds, etc.) but George's is probably the best on this side of town. Good lasagna...

P.S. The inside looks much better than the outside!
