In Short – Folks in Southeast Houston know that Spanky's has long provided regulars with hand-tossed pizzas in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. Diners seat themselves at one of the many booths scattered throughout the cheekily decorated restaurant, vying for a television vantage point on game days. The big draw is the thin crust pizza, although the menu also features solid classic Italian dishes like lasagna, spaghetti, chicken parmesan and fettucine alfredo. Salads, burgers, chicken wings and po-boys round out the offerings.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My husband and I dined there and were ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTED!! Within ten minutes of closing, we were packing up our leftovers and had just received our check and an employee walks in front of my husband who was obviously looking at the television and turns it off. No explanation, no nothing...and then from the back of the restaurant someone yells "you don't have to go home, but you have to get the f* out of here." But the killer is, that there were 3 other customers sitting at the bar looking at the television and casually talking to the bartender as we left. It was not that close to closing that you had to kick people out, in fact I had driven nearly 10 miles away from the restaurant BEFORE it was actually closing time.
I will NEVER visit again. And I will be sure to tell EVERYONE that I know how poorly we were treated!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Spanky's Pizza! I live up north and make the long drive down just to eat here. The restaurant has a great, comfortable atmosphere. Add in a margarita or beer and you've got a winner!

The pizza from here is a lot better than Dominos and Pizza Hut put together. I loved this pizza place when I was a kid and I love it now that I'm older. I also love their cheese sticks. This place ROCKS!
