Be careful. Be careful doing business with this company. We experienced very poor customer service culminating in our balloon ride being cancelled on several occasions.

On no single occasion did the owner return any of our phone calls.

Then we were told there were no more slots before the expiry of our one year certificate and we would not get a balloon ride or a refund.

We got the feeling that this was a deliberate practice.

Too busy for new customers??. I have inquired about a balloon ride several times with them via email and phone and they do not even have the decency to return a call or email. Maybe they are so busy they don't need new customers!?! Either way, I have moved on from them and have found several local companies that have their act together, with published prices as well.

3rd times a charm. OK...after getting couple reschedules we finally went up today! Al (the pilot) is very serious about the conditions in which he will fly; i dont blame him. He is very informative and had us up in few minutes. He is very experienced and will give you all and any info you want related to hot air balloons...just keep in mind getting the right conditions to fly can get frustrating...his cars are bit old but the hot air balloons are in excellent condition
