Tips for Westside Maids

I first hired West Side Maids - owned
and operated by Tammy - about 10 years ago. I was dissatisfied with their service then and engaged another company, started by one of her maids.
Things went fine for about 10 years and then the other provider started to give the same bad customer service as Tammy's....probably what she learned from working for Tammy.
I then re-engaged West Side maids about six months ago. Oops!!!- wrong move.
The cleaning is bad to start, the customer service level - even at Tammy's level - is even worse. I had to disengage again!
When will I learn NOT to re-engage bad service providers!!!!
Don't go there all...Westside Maids - owned and operated by Tammy - is not the "service" you want!

Bad customer service. I usually never write reviews, but I felt I needed to today. I called this company for the first time for a one-time cleaning and maybe later a monthly cleaning. The lady had I was speaking to had no people skills. She didn't even describe all the services the company will provide. I felt as if she was trying to rush off the phone. She was a very rude woman and because of her I will not use this company for my cleaning services.

Horrible Customer Service!!!. Beware of WestSide Maids service in the Houston area. I just had them do the move out cleaning at my apartment and not only did they show up late to the cleaning but they charged me for extra time they said they were there cleaning when they weren't. Upon arguing with the owner of the company I received every excuse in the book and never even got an apology. One of her arguments was "sir, any other maid service would have probably not been there on time either". Really! R.I.P. customer service.

Great Service. Westside Maids has been cleaning my house in Katy for many years now. The girls come every other week and do a wonderful job. They're very affordable and convenient and I would definitely recommend them!

Service deteriorated.
Several years ago I was very pleased with the service from West Side Maids - I contacted them from a personal reference. All of a sudden, the work was shabby and not worth the money. I contacted the office by mail and, although a person called me back, there was no resolution and I haven't used them since. The person who referred them to me isn't using them anymore either.
Now I'm seeing their signs up in; guess they lost a bunch of customers.

Dont use if you value your Furniture. At first this service was great - cleaned my house in about an hour. A year later they are very sloppy, banging around everything, unplugging electronic equipment by dusting. Called to say I won't be using them again due to rough handling of furniture - no call back to see what they can do to correct. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Good luck making a living with unhappy references ! By the way....you will NOT get the same crew as advertised, and rarely will any speak english !

Horrible Job. Customer service was very rude. The cleaning ladies were late, and they did a very bad job. When I was contacted for a follow-up call, I said that I was not completely satisfied and she never asked why, just basically said ok and hung up. After they left I checked the bathrooms which I told them to put the most effort and they never touched the floor, which is part of the basic service. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor Service.
Frustrated with this service. Cleaners didn't speak engish. When
I voiced my complaints to the office they blew me off. Cleaners rushed
through my home. Hair was left in my shower and was still soap scummy.
Furniture was hardly dusted. Top of mirrors was still dirty. I feel ripped off for
what I payed. Save your money, don't use this service.
