The stores feature lots of bright colors, sparkles and markdowns. The prices are astoundingly low--it's possible to get an entire outfit for less than the price of a Calvin Klein T-shirt.

Cheap Clothes Fall Apart W/No Returen. Just a warning. Although the clothes are cute, cheap and seem like a great deal...if they fall apart, they won't do anything about it! I had 2 t-shirts that the stitching at the seam started to come apart and I took it back (after wearing/washing once within 30 days) and they said "sorry, it's been washed, we can't do anything about it". No exchange, no credit, nothing. Won't find me shopping here again!
