It's a shame that such a good store went so far downhill... A few years ago this was a pretty nice Dillards, it had a nice selection and friendly workers. However, likely as a result of the recession this particular store has gone downhill to the point where it is completely unrecognizable.

The last time I came here it looked like a tornado had hit the place, there were clothes all over the floor and it was also very dirty and pretty smelly. They were also missing a lot of the registers and makeup counters. Most of the workers were nowhere to be seen and there was absolutely no customer service or assistance provided.

The selection is miss and miss again. The clothes here are completely unorganized, and even if you find something here it will likely not be available in your size or may not even be in the best condition. Most of the clothes here are either out of style or things nobody would want to wear even if they were given to them for free.

Despite the outrageous discounts of 75-90%, I would never buy anything in this store and will likely never come back again. This place has pretty much become one of the worst dumps anywhere and shouldn't even be considered department store.

A department store with variety and affordable prices.. In Short
Dillard's is known for affordable items, as opposed to exclusive brands. Staples include DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Dana Buchman, BCBG and Kenneth Cole. Dedicated shoppers can occasionally find Charles David boots or Kate Spade bags at cheaper prices than at other department stores. The chain also offers items for kitchen, bed and bath, as well as a full-service travel agency.
