“The hostess was very nice and gave us a wait of 30 minutes, but it was much shorter, which was very nice since they were pretty busy.”

Stinky. I every time i go here it always smells like mildew. Terrible service is also a factor. I once waited 2 hours for crappy food that my two year cousin could have made. I would have rather eaten my throw up than this food. The smell just makes the experience ten times worse.
Disappointing. My family visited this location today for a late lunch. The hostess was very nice and gave us a wait of 30 minutes, but it was much shorter, which was very nice since they were pretty busy. The restaurant was fairly clean. The waitress took our drink orders quickly. When she returned with the drinks and breadsticks she was a little abrasive. She slid the rolls across the table and practically knocked my drink over. I could tell she was stressed and after observing her I knew why, she was waiting on about 6-8 tables, maybe more. Anyway, we ordered our lunch and it came in a timely manner but the lasagna was less than desireable. The soup, salad and spaghetti was okay. we told the waitress about the lasagna and she did take it off the bill. we noticed the manager walking around ask other tables how there meal was, but never made it to ours. So our overall experience was disappointing. We will give them another chance as my daughter loves The Olive Garden! My suggestion would be to give waitresses less tables.
Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Service SUCKS!. My family and I visited OG last night for the never ending pasta bowl and walked away dissappointed again. I don't think I have ever had good service there and walk away every time saying I will never come back. My husband and I ordered the never ending pasta bowl, it took 30 minutes to still get our food and this was at 5pm. It was not busy and all they had to do was put the sauce on the pasta. Viola! Not hard! I asked the hostess for a comment card and she said they didn't have any to speak with the manager who was standing right there and didn't acknowledge my request for a comment card. I don't think I will be returning to OG again!
