“The staff was always very nice and helpful, but there are just too many kids for the teachers.”
“The center is huge which was a concern for me at first, but each building has it's own office area and is run almost like a seperate school for each age group.”
My son has learned his colors and shapes and I see him progressing each month. We have been there for about 6 months now and can not think of anything negative to say which in the childcare industry says something in my opinion.
I have a 4 year old child that attends Robindell. The teachers are very caring and loving. I would like to say that I love leaving my child there knowing that he is being well taken care of. They have a wonderful curriculum that is being taught to them. My child has learned so much this year!
They are open round the clock 7 days a week. If my daughter is sick on Monday, we can take her Sunday and it gives us a chance to have a "date" or do other items, for which a child is not always so convenient to have around. They are a fabulous school and I am truly grateful to have found them.
My child enjoys coming to Robindell.. My child enjoys coming to Robindell. She loves the teachers. When I pick her up in the evening she never wants to leave. She enjoys playing with the other children. My daughter is 2 years old now. I feel comfortable leaving my child here and not looking to send her anywhere else. The school is always clean, lovable, teachers and nice environment for kids.
Pre-K. The teachers and staff make my child's experience here very enjoyable. They are both professional and courteous. The pre-K teachers are committed to excellent and my child is benefiting from their dedication.
Pleased. I have had my 3 year old here since she was 10 months old. The staff has always been very nice to her and me. She has learned so much over the past 2 years. I have been very pleased with this center.
New mom. I must say, as a new mother, they give boost of confidence and peace of mind to know that they are so capable of looking after my daughter. From the moment we walk into the building, not just her classroom, we are greeted, so they are very aware of who is entering and exiting the infant building. they have separation of age groups. they take the children out for daily walks, sing songs, have group interactions, and are on point with the feedings. they always change her diaper before the ride home, as well are in constant communication when supplies are low, if they notice a change in her behavior, or if she seems to need or want a particular thing. we have meetings on if they think she is ready for the next step or phase of food.
2 Years old Issue. my daugther is in this school since she was an infant. I never have any problem in the nursery, but since she moved to 2 years class the problem started. There is no more attension about learning program. There are so many children in the class not all of them got the opportunity for learning. There is no enough educational activies in the class. The teachers who care of 2 years some of them are so mean and have a bad attitude. They treated the children differentally. If they love one, they give him/her more attension than the other. This is really so bad. I wish they change this behaviour becasue it will affect the children who did not have more attension.
Getting a good teacher is 50/50.. Both of my kids attend school here and have been going here for about 3 years. The only problems that I have is the 1 - 2 year old age group. When my son was in that group there was not enough educational or stimulating activies to keep the kids from just getting bored and fighting all day. They fought over toys a lot in his class rooms. I was told that they don't do instructional learning at that age because the kids won't sit still. His previous daycare Kindercare had 18 mth old kids doing daily crafts, coloring, and learning colors and shape. Of course they were way more expensive so you get what you pay for. Once he graduated into the 3 year old age group they have instructional learning and my son is adding subtracting reading simple words writing daily and his class is learning phonics in english and spanish. This is a good option for kids older than 3 and younger than 15mths. But parents remember that you have to stay on top of teachers if they are not treating your kids right. If you kid is coming home with diaper rashes, scratches etc. you need to contact the director. I have had these issues and they were resolved immediately. Management staff is very responsive to parent complaints and they are quick to fire a teacher for mistreating kids. over the years we have had really good teachers and really crappy teachers but the teachers they have now are way better than the ones they had when we first started.
great experience, good value. The center is huge which was a concern for me at first, but each building has it's own office area and is run almost like a seperate school for each age group. I have a 12 mo old and 3 year old and both of my sons teachers are out very sweet. My baby is always happy when I come to pick him up, and my 3 year old always seems entertained. They gave me a curiculum guideline for the 3 year old and from what I can see the teachers do a good job teaching not just playing which was important to me. The summer's were also great because they have thier own splash pad and inflatable waterslides for the children. My older son could not wait for splash day each week. I also found the facility to be very secure. They have security gaurds on site every day when I pick up at around 7pm, I'm told he stays there all night long. Overall I have had nothing but positive vibes from the school. I would highly recommend it which I have to several of my friends. I think they have a wait right now for infants under 12 months which means they must be doing something right. My youngers son's teacher has been there for 23 years. Wow!
