great customer service+ good prices. I was satisfied with my Canadian photos. i had gone to several locations asking for this service and most places didn't offer Canadian photos. After a long search i finally found this place and my pictures came out perfect. the young lady who helped me was very professional and had a lot of patience as she took her time to get the right picture plus she showed me all the pictures that meet the requirements and allowed me to choose the one i liked the best.

will be back for my immigration photos :)

Two thumbs up!. I was very pleased , Ms Jenet, she was very patient with me, I am a very difficult woman to please when it come to photographs, and the fingerprinting process was very professional and neatly done. I am a nurse and required all this mumbo jumbo done. Lol!

Excellent Customer Servive!!!!. Well I heard about this office through a co worker my RN license was up for renewal and I required pictures and fingerprints after making several calls this was the most affordable and convenient location the young lady that assisted me was very polite and super quick..... I will be back for my Canadian pictures soon.

worst customer service. Went in to have passport photos done. Everything was good until the photos were developed. I did not like the photos (the head was not straight) and I wanted to have another try. I was told that there will not be "another time" because the photos are perfect. I plainly asked if she prefers to lose a customer, and one set of unpaid photos in lieu of having another paid trial, and possibly a happy customer. She continued saying that yes, she prefers this, and I can go to Wallgreens, the photos will be cheaper there. However, I had not complained about the price, $3 plus or minus were not going to make me rich (especially since it is a once a 5 year event!) But the aggravation and the time lost is not worth the place! That place should be avoided.
