I highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing company, especially for the Bellaire, South Side, West University and Houston area. We had several plumbers come out to give quotes for our job (outdoor shower) and Santhoff was the most reasonable. They went out of their way to work with the City to get a proper permit and followed up after the job to make sure the inspection was clean. They did a great job. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing jobs!

Reasonable pricing, even for an after-hours service call, and they showed up on time and got the job done right the first time. Knowledgeable technicians. We've used this company more than once for different needs. I would happily recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was referred to Santhoff by my realtor when we recently purchased this home. She spoke very highly of the company so I thought I would give them a try. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau's website and see they have an a+ rating with the BBB. That said alot to me!!!

I too, was very impressed with the level of service and caring I received from everyone I interacted with at Santhoff. The staff was very knowledgable and the prices were very competive with other bids I had gotten. The work was done in a timely manner and I was shocked when they actually put the items back under my sink then swept and cleaned up my floor after the work was done!!! It looked cleaner than it did before I called them. The plumbers are licenced, insured and even have drug tests and background checks done on them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family! They are an A+ plumber in my book too!

Great Plumber!. We called Santhoff Plumbing on Thanksgiving morning for a clogged kitchen drain. A plumber responded within minutes, and before he came out, he gave me the holiday weekend rate, which i appreciated. He arrived within 15 or 20 minutes, repaired the clog quickly, and charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone. He was very experienced, courteous, and professional. We were very impressed with the service we received on a holiday weekend. We have used Santhoff for years, and are never disappointed.

Great People!. This is a great company and they know how to treat their clients. I had an issue with my upstairs bathroom and I had someone at my home in less than thirty minutes. I was very surprised to see how fast they respond and how helpful Mac was. Mac took the time to let me know what was wrong and addressed all my concerns. He even took the time to look at my faucets in the bathroom and correct the water flow. Excellent people!

I'll always call Manuel. MANUEL AND HIS PARTNER HAVE INSTALLED 2 HANDICAPPED COMMODES FOR ME. THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT MY NEEDS, EFFICIENT, AND TOTALLY CLEANED UP ....EVEN MOPPING THE FLOOR WHEN FINISHED. I CALLED AND REQUESTED THEM WHEN I HAD THE SECOND COMMODE INSTALLED. TODAY THEY ARE INSTALLING A NEW HOT WATER HEATER FOR ME. THEY ARE PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL. I ACTUALLY ENJOY HAVING THEM IN MY HOME. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2/7/11: today I am adding to my previous review. Max came out when I panicked the day of our bad freeze last week. I had a pipe in my back patio that was spewing out water ..the bac k was flooded...seems, the freeze broke something in the sprinkler system backflow. Max was here within 20 min. of my call..he even called to say he was on his way. He took care of it and then checked my entire outside pipes for me as I am handicapped and unable to do that just now. This is such a good company...do not hesitate to call them.

Excellent Plumbing Work. Mark Davidson and Jorge Pineda of Santhoff Plumbing Company did a truly excellent job of supplying and installing a Noritz 6.3 Tankless Water Heater and a Toto Carolina Toilet for us on July 23, 2009.

Several other plumbing companies had told us that a tankless water heater would not work in our home. The Noritz 6.3 Tankless Water Heater installed by Mark Davidson and Jorge Pineda performs perfectly, supplying all the hot water we need for showers, baths, dish washing, and everything else.

Water heater expert. Early this summer my hot water heater, inconveniently situated in my attic, died. I called 4 plumbers to get ideas and estimates as to what to do about replacing, and of the 4, only Mark at Santhoff Plumbing gave me a reasonable estimate and quick timeline to get a new heater installed. As it turned out, he is a really smart expert plumber who was able to re-route my hot water heater into the utility room. He did the work really fast and he apparently put in a good heater because recently during Hurricane Ike we didn't have power for days but we did have hot water for about 4 days. I'll call Santhoff again.

Didn't even complete the estimate. An estimator, Scott, came to our house at the scheduled time and gave us an estimate on everything except one item. He promised to call back with that cost so that we would know a total for the job. He never called back. I called the company to follow up and was told that they would pass the message to Scott. Nothing. We paid $25 for the estimate - guess it was worth it to know that they wouldn't provide customer service. We'll be looking elsewhere for another estimate. Sigh.
