DON'T BE FOOLED when you need propane refill. DON'T be fooled into believing that it is cheaper to refill a propane cylinder($17.49) rather than just exchangeing at your local Krogers($16.99).WORSE than the few pennys difference is the shocking customer service at this location ,I had to wait 25 min for service.

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL LOCATION. Horrible experience. We ordered our truck online, including moving help and damage insurance for the truck. (The movers were great by the way, IMPACT Moving Svc - LOVE those guys!) Anywhoo, we accidentally clipped our fence post with the truck, called and made a claim with the Uhaul insurance number. However, when we took the truck back, this guy tells us that we never had insurance and so we're to pay for the damage. Apparently his system didn't show that he charged us for insurance -- although it also didn't show that we had paid for it online along with the moving help. Ridiculous! and now we're dealing with a dispute as well as trying to get moved and settled in. Save yourself a lot of trouble and just pick a different Uhaul rental location.

BEWARE. This guy is a crook. I called looking to buy a dolly with a rubber top and was quoted a price of $35, but then he offered $32 immediately after he told me the original amount. When I got to the store the guy said they do not have the rubber top dollies for sale, only rental. He went to the back and came out with a carpeted dolly instead and said that was all he had. While removing the plastic wrap from the dolly I noticed the price sticker said $19.95. As soon as he noticed the stick he turned the side toward him and began peeling it off while talking to me (I'm sure you can see where this is going...) and proceeded to quote me a price of $29.95!! I went up the street to 6808 Bissonnet and found the exact same inventory for $19.95.
