I went here with severe knee pain after running. When seen by the Doctor, he said "well, don't run then". He did not even look at my knee or manipulate my leg. He stated at one point when I stated that I needed something to be done "what do you want me to do, give you a knee brace?"

I was very unhappy with the care I received here. The doctor was rude and seemed more bothered by my presence than willing to do anything to help me with my pain. I will not be returning.

Not Happy. I tried to be seen by a Dr. here but they wanted to charge me $105 deductible even though I have insurance that only requires me to pay a $10 copay (even at an Urgent Care Center). I only went here because it was open until 9 pm and other closer ones weren't.

In fact, a week prior I had gone to another Urgent Care Center and received x-rays and an ankle brace for the standard $10 copay.

I am not sure what this Urgent Care Center's issues was but let this serve as a caution to other insurance holders. Contact your insurance provider beforehand so you know everything you should have to pay for before coming here otherwise you may end up getting slapped with a huge deductible that you shouldn't have to pay.

good experience. After running a high fever for several days, my husband saw Dr. Soliz at Concentra Urgent Care. They were swamped and we were told there would be a 2 hour wait. My husband was seen after about an hour and a half. The receptionist was polite and helpful, Dr. Soliz was thorough and patient, and the support staff were cordial as well.

My husband's insurance covered all costs and I believe he received a very good level of care.
