Great, family-style neighborhood work out center

My family and I have been working out at MAC for almost a year now. It is such a vibrant part of this local community. We see all of our neighbors and area business owners working out here. All of our kids go to the same school. For those of us who are not competing in the Mr. Olympia contest, there is no intimidation factor here at all. It is currently under renovation-- which is much-needed-- so, on the negative side, you do put up with some excess noise from construction. That should get better soon, however. Overall, highly recommended!

Great neighborhood gym!

This place feels like home--comfy like an big sweatshirt. You won't feel like you have to loose weight before you go or have the right clothes--you get my drift. The staff are real people and know that you are too.
