Keep driving!!!

This place on Gessner was horrid! I will NEVER ever go there again. The staff was rude. The wait was longer than a visit to my gyno! I conveniently forgot my follow up exam. Finally, decided to go retrieve my contacts, and upon arrival was told I had to do another test to make sure they fit properly. I refused and was told it was the law, and I had to or they would not release my contacts. I stood my ground and refused the exam. I've been wearing contacts for years, and had bought that brand before. They reluctantly gave me my contacts that were in a box that was labeled in chinese writing - not even English! Appalled and irate are two words that still come to mind and I was there over a year ago. Everytime I pass by this place, I cringe!

Mislead

I had a very disappointing experience when I visited Memorial Eye Ctr on Gessner. This business advertises through mailouts and I received a coupon thinking I would be able to use it. Once there, none of the coupons applied and I ended up paying 2 1/2 more times what I expected to pay. Buyer beware.
