RIP OFF REPORT GHETTO EMPLOYEES. RIP OFF ALERT! I purchased $20 of gas with my VISA GIFT CARD. The store charged me $74. I called the store to confront them and some GHETO talking employee told me I had to bring in my receipt and prove that I only purchased $20 before they would correct it. I said I was not given a receipt and it was not up to me to prove it. She said if I did not loose my attitude with her she was going to hang up. She had no authority to talk to me with her GHETO attitude, I am a customer. The store knows exactly what I purchased. EVERY transaction is dated, times, and shows exactly how much fuel was purchased and at which pump. It is not my responsibility to show proof of what I purchased. I reported this to EXXON Corp today. If I ever get my $54 back, I will still leave this up, BUYER BEWARE! I called to report this crime to the fraud department on mygiftcardsite and they stated Exxon does this all the time. That I have to wait as much as a few days for the retailer to correct the transaction. Visa fraud said they have to deal with alot of calls on this issue all the time. WELL EXXON, YOU ARE FIRED! I am going back to CHEVRON, your competition, they only charge me for EXACTLY what I purchased. UGHH, it makes me sick to think HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THESE JERKS RIP OFF AND IT GOES UN-NOTICED1

WORST SERVICE EVER. We were told we couldnt return products ciggs to the location cause we had left. Now the first time we tried this we were still in the parking lot and the guy working said he couldnt do it and to come back tomorrow. we returned and the asst. manager (deliah) said she didnt know how, and that if we had paid in cash it wont have been an issue, and that we needed to speak with corporate. then that we needed to speak with the store manager. So we call Linda who is the store manager who goes on to say that its state law. well we are certified and know well thats a lie. Then we call corporate and let them become aware of this issue. They say the store manager is clear to return this product and that its not corporate policy. So all in all I will never return to EXXON for anything. When I tried to call back to store manager and let her become aware of her full out lies, Linda hangs up the phone in my face when I asked to speak with a district manager. Once again this is the worst service I have ever gotten. I am just saying if you see this location keep going, cause the people who work at this location do not handle their customers who basically give them a job and check. I say keep driving until you find another location for gas and etc.
