WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

I lost count of all the problems we had. Everything not getting things we asked for untill asking several times. The food didn't come as ordered. The waiter "george" could not remember who had ordered what food. Got the salads mixed up, drinks, and food.

We got our appetizers came late. We were sharing them with the table, so I asked for some small plated to eat off of. Five minutes later I have to wave him down and ask again. He brought dinner plates. I asked if he had smaller ones and I was ignored and he just started putting them down in front of people. With the bread plates there was not enough room for a big plate.

Then the real problems started. When the waiter would bring things to the table, again getting everyones food mixed up. He would almost elbow my girlfriends head over and over. Reaching over her head and bumping into her arm when she was eating. Finally I had to move very close to her so he would not have enough room to be able to access the table that way.

My food did not come as ordered. By the time they did get everything right my food was getting cold. I was very disapointed.

After not getting a dessert menu we asked for coffee after dinner. Three cups were brought to the table. It was curious that one was only a little over half full. Then we found out why. All three were cold. It seems they emptied the last of the pot for our coffee and didn't bother to check if the coffee was hot before bringing them to the table.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT AND WILL NOT GO BACK!

BAD Bad Service. Friday night - wanted to eat at the bar as we do about once a month. Got first round of drinks and for the next 45 minutes were totally ignored while bartender waited on everyone else. Couple next to us got their bread and menus within 5 minutes of sitting down and they were waiting for a table. Spoke with the manager who made excuses about two rehearsal dinners - not our problem and we were at the bar not in the dining room, then kept saying "next time you come back". We will not be going back..............Food is okay, but nothing spectaculor. Franchise has ruined this restaurant.

Best carrabba's in town!. My family went here to celebrate 2 birthdays a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time. The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was crowded and there were 7 of us. The food was very good - from the bread to the calamari to our entrees. No one had any complaints. My sister loved the lobster raviloi; I had the pasta carrabba which was also good & had a lot of chicken in it; and my fiance loved the manicotti. As mentioned in my review of the carrabba's on voss, this location has much better prices and food in comparison. The next time I want carrabba's, I will drive a little further just to come here.

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

Best Food ever!. Be careful the Spaghetti is addictive! I am never disappointed, everything on the menu is good! Great service too!

Best Italian food off the Katy freeway in Houston!!!!. I love this place. The service is excellent, and the food is lovely. The atmosphere is family friendly but it is also romantic enough for a date. They are famous for their Marsala dishes, but their Rigatoni and Tagliarini are also pretty good. The variety of antipasti selections are very tasty. The sogno di ciocolatta is one of the best desserts in town! You can also eat at the pasta bar which overlooks the kitchen so you can watch them cook while you eat. All in all it's a fine Italian restaurant.
