I always use houston shoe hospital. when the rodeo was over in March,I took a pair of boots and had them reconditioned. They now look like new!!

We have been taking our shoes to these folks for years. They do a fantastic job on everything from my pumps and boots to Mark's alligator dress shoes. We definitely recommend Dave and the good folks there !

I have been bringing all my shoes and boots to Houston Shoe Hospital on Dairy Ashford for over 15 years now. They always do a great job and in a very timely manner. I take all my boots in at the end of the season for re-soling and cleaning before storing for the summer. I trust them to add rubber soles to my brand new very expensive stilettos before wearing them to avoid slipping and wearing out the sole too quickly. Dave is always very helpful!

My soles were pretty much worn out and I took the shoes to Houston Shoe Hospital in Dairy Ashford. They did a great job in putting excellent quality soles and a complete clean of the shoes.

After this the shoes were as good as new !

I took my boots there, I needed them to be re-heeled and have some stitch work done. They came back quickly, fixed perfectly. They also cleaned them up for me (free) and I lost my claim ticket, but the staff were on the look-out for them and called me to give me my claim number so my pick-up would not take long. My entire family EXCLUSIVELY uses HSH, and we only go to this branch. 100% satisfied.

Best Service Ever. This is the first time I have ever had an experience with any service business where they CALLED ME to let me know my order was not going to be ready when it was expected. This saved me a trip. Who does that?

The only reason it was late is I took a pair of old work boots in to see if they could make them look usable. These boots had been outside for 2 years, had paint, wood stain, polyurethane and who knows what else spilled on them. When I got them back, they looked BRAND NEW. I like them even better than before.

Great service, excellent work. I'll definitely be back.

10 years of perfect service. The Houston Shoe Hospital on Dairy Ashford at Memorial Drive has been providing excellent service at a great price for my family for over 10 years. I now live 40 minutes away, but still bring all of my shoe repairs to this location. They have always handled my order perfectly the first time and have always had my repair ready when promised. In fact this week, March 27, 2012, I was in the area 3 days earlier than when my shoes had been promised. I called to see if maybe I could pick up my shoes early and they were indeed ready! Great service, great price, not one complaint in 10 years of being their customer!

Highway robbery. Went to the Houston Shoe Hospital at Memorial and Dairy Ashford on Oct. 20, 2011 with a pair of plain ladies slippers.

About an inch and 1/2 of both soles had come loose and the lady behind the counter said it would cost $45.oo to glue them back.

I told her I could probably but 2 new pairs of this type of shoe for that amount and I left with the shoes.
