Don't use!!!!!. I ordered my arrangement on their website. Since I was on their site I assumed that they would have the flowers in the arrangement. When I received the flowers it looked nothing like the arrangement. It looked like trash. The flowers looked almost dead and around 5 were just stems with the flower missing. I will never use this company again. They did an awful job and I wasted $70 for Flowers for my mom that looked terrible. I would not use this company ever they have cheap and trashy arrangements!!!!!! Beware if you use them!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT order from this business!. On one of the most special days of the year I took the time to order flowers for my mother a week in advance! The day came for my mother to receive the flowers and call me to say thank you but it never happened!

I called the ACE and they said that the credit card had been declined! When I placed the order I recieved an order confirmation so I assumed the order went through. I never received a call or email saying that the credit card was declined! ACE ruined this special day for me. All they had to do was call me with the phone number I left them to say my card was declined. Maybe that too much to ask from a shop that promises good customer service! Never again will I endorse this place!

Stop here and call ACE fowers ask for Veronica. Ace flowers will make you look great when you can't be there yourself to deliver someone flowers. Veronia is an artist and a great customer service person. All you have to do is same hello and tell her what you are trying to accomplish with flowers. Put your faith in ACe flowers and they will do a great job. I am a return custosmer time and time again and I'm 1,700 miles away from Houston and they never miss.

Ask them when you need em delivered and they will get it there!

OK flowers but late delivery!. I ordered a dozen roses for my anniversary as I have done for the last 22 years. I plaved the order a week before the date and asked them to deliver as early as possible in the morning. When I went to pick my wife up for lunch the flowers had not arrived which totally messed up my plans. I called them and first they could not locate my order which worried me a lot, then they gave me all kinds of excuses, Finally my wife received the flowers at 1:30 p.m. I will not order from them any more.

BETTER THAN PERFECT. this is the best experience ever. i need a local florist i can trust....i could never find one. this florist is the best one with the freshest flowers ever!!!

the delivery is great.

THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. they were very helpful and kind. they also helped me with my budget and to personalize the bouquet i wanted with the message i wanted to send.

i will never have to look for another florist because ace made it so convenient for me to send flowers anywhere...and i could be worry free.

Bad!!!!!!. as other review I saw, only one star since they delivered something. I know that it was on valentine's day. but it was no excuse to send what they sent to my wife.

I ordered the "Cupid's Creation". but what I got was 4 roses and 4 other flowers in a not so nice vase.

it definitively did not meet my expectations

another thing is that it arrived at 5:30pm. my wife had to stay late and wait for the flowers

Floral Scam Artists!!. I'm sorry, but I'm giving this place ONE star - and that's for getting the flowers to their destination. That's the ONLY thing they accomplished well. I ordered Teleflora's "Madly in Love" bouquet for my mom's birthday, to be delivered to her office. What arrived was...not at ALL what was ordered, and entirely unacceptable, given that I checked the box on my order form, reading, "No, florist may not substitute similar vase/flowers." Instead of an arrangement consisting solely of red and pink roses in a red vase (my mom's favorite color), I received a handful of pink and peach roses, with more alstromeria and fern than roses, in a yellow vase. I'm sorry guys, but I paid for a much more expensive arrangement than I received, and this wasn't even close to what I ordered.

I called the florist and he said he would replace the bouquet he originally sent with the correct one. True to his word, a second arrangement arrived later that afternoon, but again, it wasn't anything CLOSE to what was ordered. It was worse. Broken flowers. Crammed into a clear vase. It was sent back.

I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism displayed by these people! Sending the wrong order! Then replacing it with something that was half destroyed! Substituting roses with less expensive flowers, with no explanations or apologies - and any other attempts to reach these clowns has met with failure. They won't return calls or messages left.

I am so angry that something special for my mom was ruined by these con artists.

Worst service/experience ever. I ordered roses for my parents anniversary and the wrong color rose was delivered. When I called about it the next morning, I was told it was because they were out of what I had ordered. When I asked why I was not called to change the order I was given the run around. Not only were the wrong flowers delivered, they died the next day. I have now been trying for a week to get a refund for THIER mistake and all they will do is resend the flowers. The occasion has past. I do not want more roses. I have also been waiting for the owner/manager to call me and still have not recieved any contact. This is the worst experience ordering flowers I have ever had. I will never use again or recommend. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

When I finally was able to try and get this issue resolved (7days later) I was told the best they can do is refund 1/2 the money to me. But while on hold waiting for the refund the rep did nothing but argue and show disrespect for having to do it. I am in customer service myself and can not believe that someone would speak to a customer as I was and still be an employee at this shop. If this review stops even one person from purchasing from this shop than I will be content. Order only if you do not mind getting what you did not order.

Almost perfect. The flowers that are put together here might not be perfect, but almost there. Service is spectacular, and I hear the delivery system is known for being on time.

BEST flower shop ever. My favorite thing about them is all the great services they have to offer. Flowers are always the best. And everything they do is flawless. I reccomend everyone to get flowers there for any occation. They will help you out with your specific needs.
