Have no regard for the customer. We told the driver that the flowers were delivered 3 days late as our dinner was on that Tuesday, the florist called asking why we were complaining. Exact words "you got the flowers didn't you" What if this had been Valentine's Day, an anniversary or a funeral? Not worth your money!
