NEVER AGAIN!. WTF?!? This is sports bar in Houston. Me and my boyfriend went to Danny's last night for a few drinks because this bar is somewhat close to home. Little did we know we were going to walk into a place and come out and had spent 60 bucks in less than 2 hours?? I thought it was most outrageous to be charged 4.25 for a bottle of mich. ultra. and 7.75 for a shot called a royal f*ck (half a shot of crown and half a shot of peach schnapps and cranberry juice; which they were out of). Not to mention every shot we asked for neither one of the bartenders knew how to make and most of the liquor we asked for they did not have. I would have expected these prices from a bar in midtown not a sports bar that's clearly on its way out. A customer informed us that the bar's lease is up in June or July and they will lose the place, and that the other two partners had already cut their losses and split, and now the bar is being run by a drunk. Apparently he was toasted when he came up with these prices!!!

West Houston sports bar where you can watch more than 16 sporting events at the same time.. The Scene
The extremely high ceilings and mammoth oak entertainment centers that house most of the bar's 25 TVs makes this the super-store of sports bars. Pool tables are conspicuously absent but two dart boards and four shuffleboard tables more than compensate for the lack of billiards.

The Draw
There's a strong familial connection among the crowd. Whether they're part of the fantasy baseball league plotting strategy at a long fold-up table in the back, shuffleboard players practicing for their league games (held every Wednesday night) or wrestling fans preparing to watch Wrestlemania, everyone is in agreement: Danny's is a home away from home. Waiters, fresh from working shifts at one of the many area restaurants, also call this bar home.

What the..... I moved back to the Westside after a 5 year break. This place has slipped into obscurity, I was more excited about hitting Phoenencia Deli in front of them! Definitly dated. I hope they can bring it back in line...Oh well, further west young man! The Juke Box is still pretty nice, but everyone gets pissed if the music is not BANGING. Apts. behind them have some scary folks asking for gas, to where, BAYTOWN! Why is it alway's BAYTOWN?

friendly for female Customers. I am single and always feel comfortable going to Danny's with friends or by myself!!! I always end up meeting new people!! Pool tables are great!!

Good looking waitresses. Danny's Sports Bar has an incredible menu, a full service bar and the most mouthwatering steaks in the city. If you want to come by after a day or night of hard work just to relax and have a few drinks and some grub with your friends, come to Danny's and get the service you deserve from the best looking waitstaff in the Houston area. Danny's is definitely the place to be!!!!
