Need Improvement on Customer Service. I stopped by today, and the lady that made my sandwich had a really bad attitude, it made me want to never go back. They didn't have the kind of sandwich I wanted, but she gave off a bad vibe. I guess she was not in the mood to be friendly. A man came in after me and he spoke spanish and the lady understood him, she kept answering him in english, HELLO IF HE KNEW ENGLISH HE WOULD'VE SPOKE ENGLISH IN THE FIRST PLACE. THAT IS WHY THEY HIRE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE BILINGUAL, NOT BECAUSE YOU'RE PRETTY OR HAVE GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS!!!!! Anyways, I live right down the street but I will now prefer to go to another location just so I don't have to feel like the person that is making my sandwich is dragging herself through the day.
