We know it was a small budget, but you still treated us with the utmost respect and made us feel like we were spending a ton. Dear Team at Fred Haas Toyota World, I owned my 1996 Corolla for 14 years before the engine finally gave out, forcing me to purchase a car sooner than I planned. I picked out a Camry on the Carmaz website, even had it transferred to the store nearest me, and had my loan pre-approved through Smart Finacial Credit Union. When I called the credit union to confirm my APR rate, the lady asked what vehicle I had chosen. I told her the year, mileage, and price and she strongly urged me to contact one of theyr Fleet Managers at a participating dealership for a better deal. She read a list of dealerships, and I chose Fred Haas because I'd been there before and was pleased with the service. She then read a list of about 6 Fleet Managers, and I Chose Kris becaise I liked the sound of his last name :) Chris referred me to Robert, and the rest is histroy. Everyone ( including the two other managers that halped me in finance, whose name I cannot recall) worked really hard to get my into a vehicle that I not only wanted, bnut one that would work with my budget. I was also approved for financing though Toyota at a lower APR than what the credit union provided, evem with a great credit scare. I've always been pleased with the service department ( especially that they wash my car when I bring it in for basic service ), and I can no add the Pre-Owned Sales Department to that list. Thank you very much for all ytou've done. I'm very happy!!!

I would like to inform you about customer service I received at Fred Haas Toyota world. I had to come back to Texas once to have my LOJACK system install & another time to replace a small part under the car near the rear tire that got broked somehow and was rubbing on my back tire. Your sales man Kris has handled my cases with care & concern. He did this by making me feel that my time was important and he organized my arrival/ repairs with the appropriate departments. He never showed disappointment or displeasure with my request of information about anything while on the phone or in person. I hope dealing with the Lake Charles Toyota Dealership will be the same.
Some persons might go to the head of a firm to complain of service, or for some other reason of dissatisfaction. However, this is not the case with Mr. Kris. I think when a person excels at their work they should be recognized for their performance at the highest level. My wife and I with the professional assistance of Mr. Curtis leased our first vehicle Sunday, July 18, 2010. Did we get a good deal price wise, probably not? However, we agreed tp a price. The important thing for us is that we were treated with respect, and with a general perception on Mr. Yoosefi's part, of a sincere attempt to service our needs. Mrs. Romeo has mobility issues and the soul purpose of our trading in a low mileage Lexus for a vehicle easier to enter. Kris listened to our criteria and found a highlander the right color and equipment even to a factory installed running board. He was accomodating; taking the time to answer my questions, resolving my concerns and especially those of my wife. Mr. Yoosefi made us feel special. He is an asset to your organization. You would do well to have him as a mentor to new sales associates.
