We think very highly of our service rep John James. We have been coming to Fred Haas Toyota for years and he is the main reason. He listens, hears my needs and works hard every time to get the job done. We recommend him to both family and friends. He has helped to get us in touch with great sales staff. We have purchased several of our Toyotas from Fred Haas.

Ryan worked tirelessly to find the right truck with the right options to satisfy my needs. Interestingly, we could not find that truck in Fred Haas' substantial inventory. Ryan quickly solved this problem by reaching out to a dealership in Baton Rouge who you trade with. He arranged to have the truck driven to Houston and we completed the transaction.

I recently purchased a 2012 Avalon and my salesman was Mr. Steve Soodie. Buying cars is usually an unpleasant experience for me. Mr. Soodie changed that for the purchase of this automobile with his method of dealing with me and I'm sure with other customers. Simply, it wasn't a pressured filled meeting to buy a car but his approach certainly kept one interested. He didn't dominate the conversation but pleasantly answered all of my questions.
