I'm a return customer at Gallery Furniture because of the great value and great customer service. In all my trips, my best experience was this recent one. The new ipad room layout was awesome. I need a new TV console for a flatscreen TV and will probably go back, as usual!

Awesome experience from start to finish

I went online to look for furniture and found an item I liked at Gallery Furniture. I took a trip to check it out in person and see if I liked it. Mac greeted me at the door and got me someone to talk to right away. She knew the item I was looking for an took me right to it, with no pressure to buy anything. Great experience, I will be back. I liked the parking attendant, very nice and the delivery team was very careful and professional. Will be back.

Gallery furniture,inflated prices, bad customer service.

Gallery furniture prices are very overinflated. I used to sell furniture and I know what good furniture is when I see it and I know what it should be priced for. Once they figure out that you know this, they do not want to deal with you anymore, you can find roughly the same furniture elsewhere at a better price where they're willing to deal with you. I priced a dining room set at three different areas and they were all roughly within the same price range but I had an account to Gallery furniture, so I figured I would go there. When I saw that they had the same dining room set that I was looking for, the price that they wanted was $300 higher than anywhere else. I tried to explain this to them but once you try to explain something like that they just give you the stupid deer in headlight look hoping that you won't pursue it further.

That's how they make their money, they greatly inflate their prices. A lot of people who do go there have credit problems so they figure that since you have bad credit problems they can take advantage of you. They only wanted to take $50 off a $300 price difference of the furniture that I've compared at other places.

There are plenty of other places out there that have the same furniture and a lower starting price that you can still deal with and get a better price altogether. If you want to waste your time be treated rudely and throw your money away this is a good place to go
