-1 stars if I could. I purchased 2 all day passes plus game tokens and left within an hour. The best way to describe it is "Ghetto". I shouldve read the reviews before we went, I wish I had. They told me I had to beat on the air hockey table after each score to get the puck to come out. This was on one of the two tables (the other was not working). We moved on to play skeeball. The games are so worn that on both tables (side by side) the ball would get stuck at the top ( the wood it is made of it worn and cracking). We played one round then on the second round the game ate our tokens. The staff came over and stole the balls from my table to put in the other table. So i decided to go upstairs to play pool. Of the three tables they hsve, none were functional. The glass was broken on all 3 and missing the balls. They had another non functional game stuffed in the corner. At this point i was fed up so I went to ask for a refund from the manager. She refused to refund the day passes ($41) although i had only been there for about an hr. She said that they can only refund passes within 10 minutes of purchase because of a timer. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? She did refund my tokens but I still feel cheated as we didnt even ride any of the rides! The enviroment upon entering the facilty was dark...and looked empty. I noticed many games with tape of them meaning they were not working and even the register broke upon buying my passes and they had to move us to another register. If you are looking for an afternoon of fun, avoid this place. They basically stole my money and it is definitely not a place to take your kids. This place is in need of MAJOR management changes or it will be closed soon.

Worst batting cages in Houston. The softball batting cages are junk, totally ghetto! The balls are scarred, torn up, and worn out. Don't use your primary or even a backup bat, these cages will destroy it. The balls are absolutely garbage. We used some old bats.

When hitting the ball it felt like hitting a wet dishrag, the balls have zero pop. That's after you burned extra tokens because it'd eat them. Not to mention the ball returns don't work, you had to physically push them into the return to keep it going which takes time, thus you get fewer pitches to hit as the time would expire. It's impossible to get any sort of rhythm going.

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. This place sucks. This may be the only case where no practice is better than what you'll get at this place, this Zuma is terrible. (The help staff showed no concern when we expressed the problems we had, they didn't care and basically told us so. The rest of the facility is also just as ghetto!)

Zuma. The best place I ever been to in the whole wide world. Everyone was so friendly it made my heart melt. Clean and immaculate. All the games worked perfect! You can tell the owner/managers know their business. I know this place will be around for a long long time. All I can say is wow...Wow!! Amazing fun. Thanks ZUMA!!!!!!!!!

ZUMA is a dirty, unresponsive replace for KIDS. My wife and I went to Zuma to use the batting cages since we both have been out of sports for at least 23 years. We get there and the lights are not even turned on, the place looked like it was closed form a distance. The batting cages token machine kepted on plugging up when you put the tokens in. The softballs would not go to the return to reload the machines, you would have to walk down and push the softballs to the reloader tray. The softballs would get stuck and not come back to the batter. The place is run down and nobody that works there seems to care about it's customer's!! Two Hispanic men where going down to the machines and loading the baseballs by hand and not paying to use the machine, talk about LIABILITY. Then I did not learn, as I said it being close to my house I decided to try ZUMA one more time, thinking they had a bad night the night before. The ads on the interent say they open at 12:00 p.m., but the signs on the doors say they open at 4:00 p.m., so I go back at 3:45 p.m. and waited in my pickup until 4:00 p.m. and I go to the door and it is locked, NO lights on and other people waiting outside and it is still closed. I wait there until 4:20 p.m. and still nobody has showed up to open the doors and let customers in. A worker that was there waiting to get in, said they were not open yet and about 5 minutes after that and worker came up and rang a bell under the mailbox on the wall and still nobody opened up. Finally my self and about 8 other people just left. From my experience it is a horribly run establishment, with absolutely no LEADERSHIP in apparently any of the so called management positions. I would not reccommend this place, ZUMA, to anybody. I will drive to a batting cage further away than give my money to people who do not care. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, do not spend your money here, you will be disappointed!!!!!!

awful. This place was very disappointing. Our kids were so upset. at least 50% of the machines did not work or just ate your tokens. The workers did not care. It was dark and dirty (we would never eat anything there) We will never go back. Don't go, your kids will be very sad.

Bad Bad bad. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE FOR 10 year old boys.

Worst party ever. What is the one thing a 10 yr old boy wants to do? Ride go carts. So guess what they don't let them do, ride go carts. Half the kids were tall enough, the other half not. Talk about disappointing for the kids who can't ride. Half inch too short (56 in?) too bad. Cold. Rude. Never go there again.

"STOP DON`T GO" AVOID ALL TOGETHER. I am shouting due to ignorence by this company and people REALLY NEED TO READ THIS!!

OUR FAMILY HAD A PARTY THERE FOR OUR SON AND FROM THE GET GO YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS LIKE A REALLY RUNDOWN FUN CENTER OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF TIMBUCK2 . THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WILL SEE WORKERS THERE FLIRTING WITH UNDERAGE GIRLS THAT COME IN THERE INSTEAD OF DOING THERE WORK,RUDE SERVICE, KIDS GETTING DRILLED TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS OR THEY DON`T GET TO RIDE THE RIDES,45% OF THE GAMES DO NOT WORK,STINKS LIKE A 2 WEEK OLD UNCLEANED BATHROOM,THE HOST WAS NEVER AROUND TO ATTEND OUR PARTY THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

THAT IS NOT EVEN THE BAD PART ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. OUR SON HAD GOTTEN PRESENTS FROM SOME OF THE KIDS THERE AND GIFT CARDS, WE COME TO FIND OUT THEY WERE STOLEN FROM THE TABLE IN THE MIX OF US HAVING TO GET OFF THE TABLE 45 MINUTES EARLY THEN WE WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE HOST CAME BACK TO CLEAR US OFF THE TABLE SO THAT SHE COULD SIT A PARTY FOR MORE PEOPLE THEN WE HAD COME WITH. WE ALSO DID`NT EVEN GET TO ENJOY THE PARTY AND HAD TO EAT WITH OUR HANDS AND DID`NT HAVE THE NECESSARY UNTENSILS TO USE TO EAT WITH O SHE DID`NT ASK US IF WE WANTED INVATATIONS FOR THE PARTY AHEAD OF TIME WHEN I SCHEDULED THE PARTY. I COULD KEEP GOING BUT THE KICKER WAS WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER TO TAKE CARE OF IT THERE WAS NONE THAT YOU COULD FIND ON THE SITE AND WHEN I LEFT AN TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF IT THE NEXT DAY THE MANAGER WAS NOT AROUND AN THEN I CALLED DISTRICT REGIONAL MANAGER( RICH NEWALL) .HE SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE IT BUT THEN CALLED ME BACK IN 45 MINUTES LATER TO SAY HE WAS`NT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.........HE THEN TOLD ME TO CALL CORPERATE BUT THEN WHEN I DID I COULD`NT GET AHOLD OF ANY LIVE PERSON BUT I GOT A VOICE ANSWERING MACHINE! THE MANAGER (KENT) FINALLY GOT AROUND TO CALL ME THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD LIKE TO SET A MEETING TO MEET ME AND TAKE MY SIDE OF THE STORY AND HE GAVE ME SOME LAME EXCUSE ABOUT CALLING BACK AN NEVER DID TO THIS DAY (4 WEEKS LATER ). BADDD

Nothing like Celebration Station. It's amazing how you can have the same lot with the same activities and be so crappy. The prices are not the same at all they dont offer any good specials like Celebration Station used to. The whole atmosphere has went down. No wonder why nobody goes there anymore.

Worst place EVER!. This was so awful, my husband and I just looked at each other and the end of this experience and just laughed. Unbelievable!!! There were hardly any games working. The slots were either taped shut or just wasn't on. The skiball machines had 2 out of 6 working, BUT there weren't enough skiballs because one member of the staff told us that people take them. The place looks dark and kind of dirty looking. And the staff! OMG. They were the usual young teenage bunch who could care less about you having a good time. Trust me, don't waste your time. I could swear some of the customers had all been to jail sometime in their lives. A bunch of hoodlums were hanging out at the entrance looking very mischievious. The only decent part of the whole thing was the miniature golf. I couldn't judge the go-karts, but after the arcade experience, nothing could have pleased me. Don't go!!!! Awful!! Just plain awful!!!!

Awful!. This place is dirty, nobody seems to know whats going on. I would recommend going someplace more organized and clean. Not a good experience at all.
