They tried......but failed. We went here for happy hour to take advantage of the discounted drinks and apps. Normally this is hard to screw up. Our waiter was extremely friendly and pleasant. Our first problem came when our drinks were delivered. We had one regular margarita and two strawberry margaritas. My wife and her friend both complained the strawberry margaritas tasted strange, so I tasted it. They used bloody mary mix instead of strawberry mix. Okay, easy enough to do and they promptly corrected it. Our apps came out, about five different ones, and half of them were wrong. Some were ones we ordered. Some we hadn't ordered at all. And some were close to what we ordered but wrong. I honestly feel like our friendly waiter didn't know the menu. With so many options to eat in Houston, why would I ever go back to a poorly run chain. Sorry.

Horrible steak awful service. I went with my husband last night to have a small celebration. what a mistake.

Service was horrible the guy was trying to get out of there and was doing sidework instead of waiting on tables. We order margaritas and it was not very tasty and to much ice. The waiter did not slow down so we could order a bottle of wine. We ordr it from the bus boy. After our steaks camee over cooked and charred burned. He came by to ask if we wanted that wine. We said yes after he came back 10 minutes later we were done with our steaks and told him to keep the wine. Not a place to go if you service and quality food.

Best Steak Ever!. We were looking for a great Texas Steakhouse, and this was an excellent choice! The steak was incredible, the service was superb, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better restaurant!
