Poor service & expect SPAM
Bought RV part. Told to expect in 1 week. Still had not been sent over 1 week later until I called.
Also now receive DAILY SPAM even though I explicitly told them I wanted to opt out at the time of the sale. They ignore my requests & continue to send SPAM.
Don't buy from them unless you like spam.
My travel trailer tong jack broke in half. I was stranded and could not move or lift my trailer. In a hurry, I shopped around for for a newer, more powerfull jack and found one at PPL Motor Homes. I placed my order online and then called the parts department and explained my situation. The parts department sales rep/ lady told me she will ship same day. Sure enough, the jack arrived two days before scheduled delivery date. What a big relieve that was and I really appreciate the great customer service of PPL motorhomes staff.

Orders were received in avery short time.No problems with using website and processing. My minimal inspection found everything in order.As I won't be using material for a few months, I'll complete my inspection of goods at that time. PPL seems to be a great company to do business with

Good prices, fast shipping, parts as described. They have a very good selection of parts, and excellent quality. I have bought a few items, and will do so again. You cant ask for much more!

Prompt service on Friday afternoon Shipped SAaturday morning, drop shipped per my instructiond to Sedona RV park. There waiting for me in perfect condition when I arrived Wednesday. Completely satisfied.
Poor Service. I ordered an awning from the PPL Motorhomes parts department. When it was delivered the end had been broken, but you couldn?t tell it from the package. I took a picture of it and sent it to PPL. Using only the picture I sent them showing where I had opened the package they determined that I should have known it was broken before I opened it and have refused to provide a replacement or work with me in any way. I now have a $620 unusable awning. My recommendation is to avoid this company. Once they have your money you are nothing to them.
