Johnnie Bass made our experience at Archer VW a truly enjoyable one, and that is saying a lot because typically I am not fond of car dealerships and the car/buying leasing experience. It is usually accompanied by pushy and aggressive sales persons, but johnnie was quite the opposite. He took the time to understand our situation and once he understood what we looking, he delivered in getting us a great car with a great lease deal. Thanks, Johnnie!

Great customer service couldn't have asked for better. Everything was explained in full clear detail and easy to understand. I will continue to us VW with the Carlos Turcios for my future car purchase needs. I am truly satisfied.

The sales agent Mike Lewis is truly exceptional. He spent time explaining to me the car features esp. the bluetooth and he connected my phone to the vehicle. He is very accommodating with my requests.
