If you like a lack of integrity and guts

Showed me a car and then when I was sitting in the finance manager's office they came in and told me they already sold it. Left the poor sales guy hanging in the wind as I never heard from the manager who made the "mistake" nor was there any effort in putting me in a comparable car. Instead they only showed me lesser vehicles. I told a friend about what happened and they asked "Sterling McCall"?

Fantastic sales staff - great customer service

I had bad experiences with salespeople at two Toyota dealerships (one was so inattentive, she left me twice to wait on other people). However, I needed a car because mine was totalled in an accident. I went to Sterling McCall Toyota expecting the same, but soon all my fears vanished. The sales staff (specifically Kyle and Fred) were very professional, attentive, and behaved the way good salesmen should. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and when I got to the dealership he was helping someone else. Fair enough. He got his colleague Fred to help me so he could finish with his current customers, then he came back to eventually sell me a car. He even stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I drove away in it. That's the way it should be. Everyone I dealt with at Sterling McCall made the experience a genuine pleasure.

Sterling McCall Body Shop = bad place to repair the car

One of the worst places I repaired my car is Sterling Mc Call Toyota body shop and collision center. Very simple repair was delayed 3 times. First I was told I get the car back within 5 days, next 10 days than 2 weeks and I still wait. They are hard to reach by phone, and if you speak to 3 people about the repair each will tell you different reason for delay. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
