Worst Experience at Westwood Location of Sears. I bought a washer today at Sears, it was a discontinued model and offered 10% off price. Sales lady said my old hoses would work. Opted not for delivery, got washer home and old washer outside and new one in only to find out that hoses did not fit. Went back to store to buy and was told I should have know this because the model was marked 10% off. I was not told this and found out that the hoses are NOT in stock and will take 2 weeks to be mailed. I am NOT HAPPY with the way I was treated and the misinformation given. Appliance manger was not helpful and did not even offer to call around and try to find the correct connections. He only gave me a map to the location on I-10 store. I will NEVER shop there for anything and think everyone else should stay away from Sears.
