Great Seafood!. I love BLUEWATER! Food is great & service is personable. Never had a dish I didn't like & I've been going there for years!
The best crawfish. Even though you have to wait, it is all worth it. I have been going for years and cannot find any other place that can beat Blue water's crawfish. They are so spicy, seasoned really good, and they are so big. I have never had a bad experience in the service or food. The only thing the owner needs to do is build out to make the place bigger so we don't have to wait that long. Other than that, I am happy with the crawfish.
Best seafood around!!. The crawfish are amazing! Quality and price are great, just a good spot to relax, eat a Amazing food, and drink a beer!
Great crawfish, cheap prices. I've been going to Blue Water for years, especially in the spring. The crawfish is perfectly spiced and boiled, not mushy, and they aren't the little baby crawfish you get other places. If you're not into crawfish, their menu is full of other seafood choices (catfish, shrimp, crab cakes, crab legs, scallops, etc.). The beer is cold and cheap. Generally, the service is adequate to good, unless it is busy, but a little understanding, and a few beers, and the additional time is not a problem.
Northwest suburb crab shack lures in seafood fans for spicy boiled crawfish, oysters and local blue crabs..
In Short
Expect a wait at this casual Gulf Coast seafood joint when crawfish is in season. Besides the spicy mud bugs, the menu features garlicky Dungeness crabs, blue crabs by the dozen, grilled and fried plates, po'boys and mesquite-roasted oysters which patrons wash down with ice cold beer. Outside, aged picnic tables with built in buckets for shells house groups of people enjoying fresh air and spicy seafood. Entertainment is provided by TVs tuned to the latest game.
MMMMMM Great Crawfish and beer. I really like the casual atmosphere. The crawfish were great and the beer is cheap. Service is ok. The price is right. Fun for an easy going night in the suburbs.
Crawfish. I am from Louisiana. The crawfish here is the closest thing I have found in Houston to a true LA crawfish boil.
Worst Crawfish in Texas. Worst tasting crawfish I have ever tasted. Crawfish tasted fishy.
