The Staff There really sucks!. The two staff girls there were rude and the Administrator did not relay the message to the scheduler as he said or she lied and said he said nothing to her. The young freckled-face receptionist is rude, the examiner was rude and the scheduler also. There are other much more professional staffs that does not discriminat against their patients!!!! They SUCK!!!! Now they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!!!

Nice people and facility. I arrived for my MRI on Saturday morning and the experience was not as bad as I expected. The staff was very nice!

Smells like mildew. I walked in and was battered by an incredibly strong smell of mildew. This facility has clearly had a severe lack of maintenance during its lifetime. It's currently "under construction" and it sorely needs it, however to let it get to the state of disrepair it's in now really says something about it in general.

WORST PLACE EVER. Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been in. The person that dealt with me needs to be FIRED. This person (obviously a technician dressed in blue) treated me like she was doing me a FAVOR by "trying" to provide me service. She had a very OBVIOUS chip on her shoulder. Never again will I darken the doors. Take it from a multi business owner....their name is MUD.

painful ultrasound. I found out that there are situations when an ultrasound can be painful. If a cyst is deep and hard to view the tech may have to apply more pressure to get a good image. So just be aware that breast ultrasounds may not always be painless and gentle and if so detecting cancer early is the objective.
