Showroom is bright and attractive. Excellent selection of machines. Salesman Lee is friendly and helpful. Seemed to have time for us and answered our questions. This was a positive shopping experience. I would sure recommend it.

Finally, a place where they actually encourage your questions! When you make a purchase there you feel that you have begun a relationship with an awesome support team. I cannot imagine why anyone would go elsewhere!

Staff is great! They appear to really enjoy their job and the customers. Lee knows their products and can answer any question asked of him. They are always looking forward to see what is new in the industry.

Hands down best sewing shop in the Houston Area! I went in looking for the perfect machine. The staff was so kind and helpful. Lee took his time to answer all of my questions. He wasn't pushy or try to sell me something that I didn't want. Best of all, I got a GREAT deal on my new machine!!!

I went in to the store not knowing much about sewing but needed an old sewing machine fixed. I found the staff to be very helpful, patient and kind. They were very knowledgable and took the time to answer every question and explain in detail. I was very comfortable here and will be coming back for my future sewing machine for sure!

I am glad they finally opened a sewing repair shop in conroe. The people there are so nice. They looked at my machine that was hit by lightening and said it would cost too much to fix it. I picked out a new one and I also bought an embroidery machine. They even gave me money for my old machine to put towards a new one. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Sewing & vacuum warehouse. Glad your finally here.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience shopping here and wanted to share. I was looking for a new machine on the internet and at chain retail stores and was pleasantly surprised when I went to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Vianey, the salesperson who helped me, immediately asked me what I was looking for in a machine and what my price range was. She was very knowledgable and patient as I tried out all of the features of various machines. She didn't try to up-sell me and even informed me that I could trade in my old machine for credit on a new one, and Ken gave me what I feel is a fair trade in value for my old machine. Also, SAVW will match any price you find online, which is awesome. And you get a free lesson/demonstration with the purchase of any machine, so it's an added incentive to purchase here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even honored an internet price for software for my sewing machine. They have a wide variety of supplies. A good place to shop for sewing machine supplies

It's always a pleasure dealing with the friendly and very knowledgeable staff at SVW. I have purchased 2 embroidery/sewing machines over the last several years and have upgraded each time for more features. This is my "go to" store for all my sewing accessories and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased my first sewing machine from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse and had a wonderful experience. Lee helped me find the perfect machine for what I needed. I have not stopped sewing with my new machine! I will be back for future purchases.
