Great Service. I went to the S&V warehouse to research some embroidery machines that I had seen online that I liked. I needed to touch and see the machines for myself. I got so much more that first visit. I sat down with a sewing machine expert for about 45 minutes going over the specs for 2 machines I was deciding between. Then once I decided, I was planning to wait a bit before buying, but my husband decided to surprise me. He went to the S&V warehouse and they helped him to get all that I needed. Then, the service doesn't end: I get 2 free sewing classes to understand my machine! THere are classes and clubs and so much more once you walk through the front door.

Very helpful. I wasn't planning on buying a new embroidery machine but after I say the new Quattro 6000D I was hooked. They have been very helpful with everything.

Fun shopping here. I love shopping here. Even after purchasing a new sewing machine and vacuum Ken and his staff are patient and eager to show off their produces. They are patient and willing to give demos on anything in the store. The only reason to shop somewhere else would be that this store does not carry a particular item.

The BESTsewing and vacuum store in Texas!. The store has EVERYTHING you could need and want for your sewing machine and vacuum. The also have the best employees. Everyone is helpful, friendly and very knowledgable about all of the machines in the store. It is a pleasure shopping and just visiting Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse!

Absolutely the best!. Truly the best place in Houston for sewing machines, supplies, help and general sewing information, repair, and vacuums, supplies, and repair! They will match all prices, and truly will give the best deal possible. Employees are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great place to shop!

Great Place To Do Business. I needed a new sewing machine and wanted a bit more options than my old one. I researched on line and decided this one sounded the best, so we went. I was so impressed with the knowledge on sewing machines and the recommendations given us. I was given a pretty detailed demonstration and was sold! I love my machine and am looking forward to going to get my free lessons. If you need a new sewing machine I highly recommend going here first and don't waste time running all over town!

Great place to buy your next sewing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sewing machines are reasonable priced and they will do special orders. Layaways are available.

Great Place to Go Quilt & Sew. This is a great place to shop, quilt and sew. Classes are excellent. Lynn is a great quilting teacher and Ken is extra generous to share his class room for the various sewing/quilting clubs. Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help. If they do not have it, they will get it for you.
