Installation / Service Problem. Arranged for a new toilet to be installed where an old toilet was located. I first called for a quote explaining I wanted to replace an old toilet and asked for a price. After I had picked up the new toilet, I called to schedule an appointment (stating I had just picked up the new toilet) and confirmed the plumber's cost (over $150). When the plumers arrived at the home, the price increased for hauling off the old toilet because I had purchased the new toilet and they did not suply it. They knew I had purchased the new toilet when I called to schedule the service yet they waited until they arrived at my home to mention the extra cost associated with hauling off the old toilet. After I told them I had an issue about the increase in price and since I felt the price quoted was fair to cover the hauling off of the old toilet, I asked the plumber to leave, which he did so promptly. Make sure the price quoted covers everything to be done since they don't offer extra information!
