Terrible experience.. TIP.. if you buy a groupon or Living Social Voucher, make sure you get their early. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and the front desk guy was on the phone. When he finally hung up it was about 1 minute until my appointment. When I told him I was there for my 5:00pm appt. he told me I was late and he had given my appointment away. WHAT??? He said his watch said 5:05pm. Excuse me.. you were on the phone when I walked in, at what time did you give my appointment away because it is JUST NOW 5:00. Ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE! This place is terrible.

Classic Touch once on the table. I'm gonna have to agree with the November 16th review, but I did show after a few issues w/ scheduling. The groupon had already been called in (# requested when scheduling) and had trouble with setting an appointment and confirmation, BUT THE MASSAGE WAS AWESOME.

The place is really nice inside (despite the location and parking) and the ladies that work there are awesome. I think maybe a receptionist is needed to help w/ the scheduling, but I almost forgot all the bs after my hour of relaxation. ALMOST. :)

Refund your Groupon ASAP. I am glad that I just read hrwalker's review and called Groupon to refund my purchase.

I have tried to call Classic Touch Massage to schedule for couples massage. The guy who answered the phone gave me all kinds of excuses to not able to schedule an appointment for me:

1) Wrote down my number and never return my call

2) Not answer my phone anymore

3) Appointments not available in the next two months

4) His book and laptop was stolen and cannot tell me if the time is free for me to book or not

5) When I finally leave a date and time for appointment, he said he gave the appointment to another customer when I call to confirm

The refund process with Groupon was easy - hazzle free.

I would file a complaint with better business bureau, but guess what? Classic Touch Massage Therapy is not registered there.

Enjoyed. I enjoyed my visit to Classic Touch very much. Claudia did an excellent job on me. This was my first time here but I will definitely be coming back and probably bringing a friend.

It Was Great!. My massage therapist was great. It was nice to meet with her before the massage to talk about the pain areas. It was wonderful and I look forward to returning!

Can't wait to come back!. Earma and Erica were sensational. My husband was able to relax and take a nap and I enjoyed the relaxation and soft music. Thank you so much. I can't wait to come back!
