Best catering experience ever for my corporate accounts!!. Hey everyone, it is not everyday when I feel so strongly about an experience that impacted my large industrial customers as Central Texas BBQ did. From now on I use them for all of my catered client lunches and parties. My first experience in using them was in early January with one of my most important clients. I went to Tommy and Sandra and let they create their magic evern though I had never used them before. Long story short, 45 people have continued to rave and rave about that one luncheon that Central served. Everything from all the great meats, the sides, the desserts are incredible. I am not kidding when I say my clients said they have NEVER had better barbeque. Thanks so much for all you did and have many more planned. PS. I even took my boss from Chicago there today on his way back and he was in awe of what the food tasted like. Great value, great service and the best barbeque in Houston and probably Texas.

Great Hiddeen BBQ Joint!. A friend took me to Central Texas BBQ today fo lunch and what a suprise to find this level of BBQ tucked away behinda Hobby Airport!

The Brisket was perfectly tender with a great smoke ring, and the ribs just fell off of the bone!

The new potato casserole was out of this world!!!

I will definately be back for more very soon!

Chopped Beef Sandwich is Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Tucked away in a corner by Hobby, you will find the best chopped beef sandwich in town! ANYTHING you get there is delicious, and it is served by friendly owners who make you feel great for coming in. I love this place, they not only serve excellent food but they take great care of their patrons. Lunch hours only but another location in Pearland, thankfully!!! I agree totally with the other reviewer who said it is maybe the best in the country!!

The BEST in Houston...maybe the country!. I don't know what else to say about this place other than the fact that I would eat there every day if I didn't live in Alabama! I am from Houston and have had BBQ all over town and this is the only one I will go to now. I was eating there long before my move to Bama, and will continue to go there every chance I get. The loaded baked potato w/chopped beef is a meal big enough for 2, but you wont want to share it!

Great Pork Ribs, Best Sides. If you want the best dry pork ribs in Houston, look no further. Great prices, I will drive from downtown to go there. The sides are amazing, and plenty of them. From Green Beans to Bread Pudding, you can go wrong. My favorite is 2 meat with ribs and turkey, I think it is around $6.50. Cant beat it.

GOOD EATS. GREAT SAUSAGE LINKS AND GREAT SAUCE. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. CHOPPED BEEF SANDWICH IS BEST IN TOWN.
