Good but not great.. Walking into Brown Sugar's the smell of smoke meat gets the juices flowing. The brisket had nice smoke flavor but the sauce was watery and the meat lacked a tasty rub, all served on an uninspired bun. The fries were great home cut and were not at all greasy. Brown Sugar's is buffet style and has a nice country home feeling. At $9-10 for a sandwich fry and drink its expensive and I'll probably only go back out of convenience.
