Good Family Practice drs. Patient wait is sometimes long. Good customer service. I have been going to GCM for about 2/3 years now. Our family physician moved to this group when his first group- McGregor medical quit business.

Good customer service and lots of waiting room with their new site. Waits may be exceptionally long for some physicians . Even into 3-4 hrs. I had a nursing seminar in the afternoon at which I was speaking. I had to leave the physician's office without seeing the M. D. due to a 3 hr. wait. I had acquired an apointment for the morning thinking I had plenty of time to accomplish both. This was not the first time to wait for long periods for a diabetic checkup with an endocrinologist.

My family physician, Dr. Steve Klores, is absolutely the best family physician I have ever had. Our family has been going to him for 25 years. He listens to the patient and discusses options, plans, contraindications and problems of just about anything to do with your medical situation. I am an RN of 42 years and scout out my Drs. carefully.

Awful medical group. This had to be the worst medical group I have ever been too. I felt like cattle. The wait was eternal and then I was left to wait even in the exam room. Nothing was personal and the doctor seemed even cold. Find another place to go to, please.
