A call does it all.
I attempted to make an appointment here after I had recieved bad service at a different vein clinic, and what I got was "Why don't you go to the place that did your veins!" in a bothered tone. A few things ran through my head
1. Why would I go back to a place that didn't do a good job?
2. Why would you answer my question with another question?- I AM NOT A CHILD!
3. Why do you have an attitude when I am simply asking if you are able to see me?
I simply responded with all I need is for you to answer my question... " Do you have any openings today?"
The response "NO!" and then a dial tone"
