professionalism ?. I went to Nails by Heidi for a while and I really liked Heidi and her staff but I was often put off by their lack of professionalism. Often I waited for service while one of the staff members finished a phone call, or they would talk on the phone during my pedicure (one handed pedicures are a little difficult, by the way). At times, staff members would be asleep on a chair or watching movie while I waited for another person to do my pedicure. Time are tough and I'm taking my money somewhere where I will be attended to in a professional manner.
